Young Professionals: Launching Your Life

HOW TO STAY ON TRACK ON YOUR CAREER TRACK

There’s a theory in psychology called Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, a five-tier pyramid of human needs. According to Maslow, our needs, from the pyramid’s base to its top, are: physiological, safety, love, esteem and self-actualization. Maslow felt that our higher needs emerge once we feel we’ve satisfied the previous lower tier needs.

Satisfying human needs is part and parcel of what we do At Winter-Dent. With our credo of Humans Helping Humans, our goal is to make sure you have the right protection for your needs, now, and as they change.

As a young professional, you’re moving higher on Maslow’s model, out of the first tier of basic physiological needs, into the safety tier. In addition to shelter, your needs likely include personal security, employment, resources, health and property. We have products to help you protect all of these.
